Refunds for Damaged Items

We understand that there may be instances where items are damaged during shipping or arrive with defects. In such cases, we are committed to offering a full refund. To request a refund for a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  2. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment you used for your original purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds for Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed in the mail and does not reach you within the estimated delivery time frame, we will gladly offer a full refund. Here's what you should do:

  2. Investigation: We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to determine the status and location of your package.

Policy Exclusions

Please be aware that our policy is designed to accommodate refunds for damaged items and significantly delayed shipments. We do not accept returns for any other reason. We do not offer refunds for:
